#01 Challenge:
Linkviva Partner Agency was assigned to handle the entire Marketing Deployment of HAE-Hosn Al Etihad Event, held annually in Abu Dhabi, from PR-On-Ground Activation-Paid Media, Influencer Marketing and much more.
#02 Strategy:
As this was a multi-disciplinary scope of work, a dedicated project management team was essential to oversee all active workstreams for a smooth deployment from start to finish. Bridging connections between client teams & different specialist teams to ensure that all communications were handled in an agile, streamlined & output focused manner.
#03 Execution:
The HAE event and its’ marketing efforts were executed seamlessly thanks to a rock solid ‘one team-we can do it’ mindset.
#04 Results:
The Event Attendance was beyond expectations, with a total of 40,000+ attendees across the 8 event days. The unprecedented turnaround hailed HAE as one of the highlights cultural events in the Capital.
