#01 Challenge:
Dr Scent UAE is a leading Home Fragrance & Air Freshener Brand, that enjoys global coverage. The client team was seeking an expert performance media agency to unlock business ROI through ROAS driven media campaign activities for their Ecom site.
#02 Strategy:
We firstly set in place an entire new Infrastructure for Dr Scent UAE in terms of Ad Accountt Setting, Tag Implementation to enhanced GA4 Account Implementation. We then evaluated their current ROAS deliveries before setting enhanced ROAS Targets with detailed channel planning that were optimized towards Conversions/Sales.
#03 Execution:
There was a tight-knit collaboration with the creative team to safeguard a balance between traffic ad and lead gen ad creatives. Secondly, we orchestrated a flawless implementation of targeting mechanics/channel with varying ad formats, budget weightage, scheduling to daily optimization tactics per channel. We applied Test & Learn tactics to gauge new opportunities along with BLS studies for Brand Awareness Tracking.
#04 Results:
Achieved a ROAS Target of 6+ in less than X3 months of activity | Ecom sales improvement of up to 50% across X3 active months. +350% increased site traffic thanks to performance media channel efforts as well as advanced SEO implementation to increase site search visibility, extended dwell time on-site with enhanced on-site journey experience.
